The instructions applied for selling billets of size 120× 120 mm produced in the General Company for Iron and Steel Products are as follows:
Article/1/: Quantity to be provided is / 650 / mt +10% for each company specialized in the rolling field, ( which should be duly licensed and has an
Industrial Register, Commercial Register, and Letter from Industrial Directorate confirming that it is involved in such work), and also to the other
sectors provided that the Commercial register should allow dealing with steel or legally permitted materials as per the application serial order, and
to present a declaration from the companies working in the Rolling field to be bound to roll the quantity at the company and register the subscription
application in the registry office of a steel producing company.
Buyer will bear payment of all taxes and duties incurred on the purchase invoice.
Article/2/: An advance payment at / 25 /million SYP, only twenty five million Syrian Pounds, to be paid as a guarantee for drawing
the quantities applied for.
Article /3/: Sale price is determined according to the administrative committee decision at the date of depositing the value to our
account at one of the banks accredited by our company. The quantity to be drawn within the specified time.
Article/4/: Payment should be within three days with exception of the day of advice, official holidays, and feasts.
Article /5/: Quantity to be drawn within three days with exception of official holidays and feasts.
Article /6/: Receipt to be within the official working hours.
Article /7/: The advised company should pay and draw the goods, otherwise it should present an apology letter within 24 hours and its turn shall
be considered paused until presenting an official letter confirming payment and drawing.
Article /8/Any order inconsistent with the above shall be canceled.
